Coffee - Musasa Rushashi

For Xmas our kid got us a subscription to the Square Mile Coffee Club. They are a London based Coffee firm and each month send out a bag of coffee beans from different parts of the world. This month it's some beans from Musasa Rushashi from Rwanda. So this morning I'm drinking 100% Red Bourbon (that's the variety). Apparently there are 1,815 producers who work as a co-operative to help each other out, get the best prices etc. They state that the coffee "is exceptionally lively with subtle floral tones that lead into fruity notes of grapefruit and stewed apples and in the finish there's a hint of vanilla and cinnamon." I totally agree.
